EU Regions for water resilience

First Annual Meeting of the Alliance of European Regions on Water Resilience and Preparedness for Climate Change. Established in March 2026, the Alliance aims to strengthen cooperation, drive investments, and build prevention capacity regarding water and regional safety.

The conference will bring together representatives of European institutions, regional and local authorities, policymakers, researchers and stakeholders to discuss the implementation of the European Water Resilience Strategy and the role of regions and local authorities in strengthening climate adaptation and water security across Europe.
