The space will host the headquarters of ART-ER and the Landing Spot of the Emilia-Romagna Region managed in collaboration with the Municipality of Bologna, CINECA and ART-ER. This facility will provide spaces and services for the temporary establishment of businesses as well as for the consolidation and growth of enterprises, in connection with the opportunities offered by the Technopole.
The building will feature areas dedicated to new technologies and innovation, such as the House of Emerging Technologies, managed by the Metropolitan City of Bologna, and the Biobanks of the Rizzoli Orthopaedic Institute, cutting-edge laboratory spaces where the IOR will carry out research activities related to life sciences. These will be completed by the Clust-ER, the associations that foster collaboration between companies, the research system, and education in strategic regional sectors. Finally, the facility will include Bi-REX, the National Competence Centre focused on Industry 4.0 priorities, and technical spaces for Lepida's.
